Bought a tv bed with insurance cover Find out that TV had a hdmi socket Missing call them and they refusing exchanging the tv waiting for email confirmation on their decision Rubbish customer care specially when you pay a lot of money for a bed !!

Really nice bed and helpful staff BUT they should be trained to point out (1) The bed will be flat packed (2) If you buy an extra deep mattress you will have to buy all new bedding! Obvious I know but I don`t buy new beds every day and I would have liked to have been warned. It was quite a job putting the bed together and as I also bought a mattress for the spare bed they both needed new sheets
