  Awful and misleading customer service. Quoted us a price without mentioning that we'd have to pay for the fitting seperately. We were told we'd paid everything off then the day came when our flooring was fitted and we were told when the fitter finished that we owed him £370. This amount had never been mentioned to us and it was very awkward and embarrassing as we didn't have the money ready for him. Not surprised the company is having profit issues when they treat their customers like this and give inaccurate and misleading quotes. Contacted customer service and they have said it's their procedure to quote goods and fitting separately - fair enough, but you need to at least tell us this in the first place and tell us what we need to pay the fitter!
