  I booked for 2 tyres to be fitted for Saturday am. 07 October 2017. I rang this morning, (Saturday) to see what time to bring the car along for the appointment. That's the wording used when you book online. I was informed there was a 2 hour wait at that time. I was told I could wait or leave the car. I am disabled and did not want to sit around for two hours nor can I pop into town due to my disability. They refused to arrange any appointment and said I just had to pop in with the car. I asked to cancel and get a refund. Told to contact the online service team. Asked would I like the number? Said yes, oh by the way, they are closed over the weekend. The website specifically states an appointment. It is misleading. You are not given any appointment and told just to turn up and hope for the best. Very poor customer service and very misleading. They were not concerned in the slightest. Don't use this place. Will now have to wait till Monday to get a refund. Yes they were cheaper but that shows in the service. Very poor. I would have thought you would make an effort to assist someone with a disability affecting my ability to walk.
