They did a MOT on my car although it was not due ( I took it for brake disks replacement ), during this undue MOT they found a problem and failed it but as soon as they found out that the MOT was not due, they passed the MOT again so they won't have to pay for the repair. How serious is that ? Later we found that one of the rear break pad was loose after being replaced by them during the same service. I do not recommend them. I complained to Halford they even did not bother coming back to me.
