  The customer service here is terrible, I have never had to chase a garage as much as this one for answers and they still don’t return your calls. This is the second time the car has been back to this garage for the same faults and after an unacceptable amount of chasing I finally got the car back, to find the in-car camera has been disconnected and the car had been driven down the road, with the entire contents of the boot which was tied down all over the place. Their explanation the technicians always do this as they don’t like being filmed, well firstly it’s not their car or property and they didn’t disconnect it on the 2x previous visits to this garage. I don’t want to film them working on my car and with the ignition off it’s turned off it doesnt record, it’s there to protect my property what gives this garage the right to disconnect equipment in my car and take the car out on a drive, I can see just by the state if everything in my boot that the car has not been driven with any sort of care down the road. My last car was reversed into a wall at the last garage, they didn’t own up but luckily the camera caught what happen. Again promised a call to explain and again no call, this service department especially the service manager is a joke and need to attend some sort of training in customer services, I would have expected better from a main dealer. I will never be taking my car back to this garage again, clearly they can’t be trusted.
