  Usually service is good however today (Friday) around 3pm I visited to pick up some parts and was left waiting for a while. 3 other people were also waiting, some arrived before me and some after. The lady receptionist went round offering every customer a beverage while they wait, on three separate occasions, and on each occasion she decided to completely ignore me and not bother to offer me anything. The other customers were white and so was she, and since I'm not, it looked very racist and rude.

  Visited the place for a tyre change. Took them more than 2 hours. I also asked to talk with somebody for a business related car rental, after 2 months now haven’t heard a word from them. Tea was good though..
