  Review given by Mrs O'Connor. I travelled to Crawley yesterday and realised when I arrived that I had forgotten my contact lenses. I contacted the Crawley store and was helped by a lovely gentleman who took my details and arranged for me to pick up a replacement pair that same day. He was extremely helpful, polite, courteous and used excellent customer service skills. Well done. Fully recommend this store.

  Incredible Service. The minute I walked in had a friendly greeting by Sam. He took me through all my options. Frames were immediately adjusted by a very nice colleague Pam (couldn't have been more helpful). Taken upstairs and had a consultation for contact lenses with Farlah... brilliant, then concluded with Jana who was very professional. All in all a brilliant team of staff who obviously have a great passion for customer service. Well done guys.
