Utterly useless. The phone just rings and rings, nobody ever answers it. Not just this branch, but the Guildford branch too. As it's ringing, I can picture them all standing around, gormless arguing about who's turn it is to pick it up. Totally unable to understand the concept of customer service, they just stare at you like you are an inconvenience. I don't even know why I bother, next time I won't.

I was helped by two men in your Crawley yesterday afternoon Paul and Robert. Paul was extremely kind and friendly and helped me find the correct sports shoes that I needed. And Robert was equally kind and helpful at the till point. Thank you both so much.
